Three roles, one smooth order

For customers

Step 1
Pick and add
Pick a restaurant and add dishes to your cart.
Step 2
Tell us where
Enter your delivery location and phone number, then choose cash on delivery or mobile money to the restaurant.
Step 3
Track it
Track the order. If you paid by mobile money, send the transaction reference so the restaurant can check its own account.
Step 4
Confirm delivery
When the food arrives, tap Confirm delivery. Only you can do this, from your own account.

For restaurants

Step 1
Accept or reject
Accept or reject each order as it comes in.
Step 2
Run your menu
Manage your menu, prices and options yourself.
Step 3
Verify payments
Check payments against your own account before marking them received.
Step 4
Settle with riders
Review rider claims and record the payments you make to riders.
Step 5
See commission
KWIK BITE records the commission you owe the platform.

For riders

Step 1
Accept a job
Accept assignments that come your way.

Collect and deliver
Collect the food from the restaurant and deliver it.

Claim earnings
After the customer confirms delivery, claim your agreed earnings.

Get paid directly
The restaurant pays you directly and records it.

Confirm receipt
You confirm you received the payment.

KWIK BITE keeps the records. KWIK BITE does not process payments, send money or confirm that a mobile money transfer happened. A reference or screenshot is only a claim until the restaurant checks it.
