Rider terms

This is a plain-language summary of how the platform works. Final legal wording must be reviewed and completed by the platform operator.

Approval

Rider accounts are approved by KWIK BITE before assignments are given.

Deliveries

Deliver only orders assigned to you, handle food with care, and report problems promptly. You cannot confirm delivery for a customer.

Earnings

The compensation for each delivery is recorded when the order is placed. You can claim it after the customer confirms delivery. The restaurant pays you directly. Confirm in the app when you have been paid, or dispute the claim if you have not.
