When refunds apply

A refund can be requested for a cancelled, rejected or problem order where the restaurant has recorded a received payment.

How refunds work

KWIK BITE reviews the request. The restaurant returns the money directly to you, and KWIK BITE records the outcome. KWIK BITE does not transfer refunds itself.
