Restaurant terms

This is a plain-language summary of how the platform works. Final legal wording must be reviewed and completed by the platform operator.

Approval

Restaurants are reviewed before going live and may be suspended for repeated problems.

Menu and prices

You are responsible for accurate menus, prices and availability. Order totals use the prices stored at the time of the order.

Payments

You verify customer payments against your own account and record only amounts you actually received.

Commission

KWIK BITE records a commission on delivered orders using the rate in force when the order was placed. Historical commission records are not rewritten. Commission you owe is settled with KWIK BITE outside the app and recorded by KWIK BITE.

Riders

You review rider claims and pay approved claims directly, then record the payment. Do not record a payment that has not been made.
